As consultants to NSW Department of Commerce Project Management team, we carried out a review of the requirements and design of the proposed PC3 Laboratory, including relocation of the Forensic Research and Investigative Science Centre.

We met with users, project management and design personnel to ascertain the requirements for the facility, proposed a budget for construction and consulted with architects and engineers on the design.
