"Consultants to Johnstaff Projects (Project Manager) for Major Projects Victoria (MPV) for the Bioscience Research Centre (BRC) being designed and constructed at Latrobe University"

Bio2ic was engaged from the outset of this project to advise on the design and construction of the new Bioscience Research Centre at Latrobe University.

Initially, we met with user groups to discuss their requirements, and how the facility could best meet their needs. We then oversaw the design to ensure it met these needs and complied with relevant regulations, including OGTR and AQIS.

Bio2ic also assisted in the design of specialised areas, including animal facilities and animal post-mortem facilities.

We were also engaged to assist in preparing documentation associated with training and facility procedures for laboratory safety.
