"Provide consultancy services for Aptus Health Consortium (Aptus) (comprised of Brookfield Multiplex Infrastructure Pty Ltd, Acciona S.A., and Macquarie Capital Group Limited) to assist Aptus in its bid for the Parkville Comprehensive Cancer Centre Project"

On 7 May 2009, both the Victorian and Australian Governments announced funding for the construction of a $1 billion comprehensive cancer centre in Parkville, Melbourne. Construction of the new facility will begin in 2011 and be completed by the end of 2015

Bio2ic provided consultancy services to Aptus in relation to the Aptus bid for the Parkville Comprehensive Cancer Centre (PCCC)

Bio2ic reviewed the Request For Proposal (RFP) documentation provided by the Government and provided feedback to the Aptus consortium regarding interpretation of needs including review of design analysis options.

We worked with the design, construction and facilities management team (including equipment advisers, other service providers to aid in the design process) in the review of various concept design proposals and philosophies.

Bio2ic provided expert review findings to the bid preparation team, and for use in presentation to the Government and users.

Bio2ic provided assistance with bid writing/ reviewing which was then submitted and accepted by the government.
